5 Things to Remember While Travelling to Foreign Countries with Friends

Travelling is fun. But, how about travelling with friends? Doesn’t it make the experience even more thrilling? Since I’ve done a countless number of foreign and local trips solo and sometimes with friends, I know how much fun it can be. But, through my experiences I’ve learned how things work out even while going with friends. Some bitter experiences taught me how tiny-tinny mistakes can ruin the fun of whole epic adventure. So, in this article I’ve penned down the things to remember while travelling anywhere with friends.

  1. Planning things out

Plan on the basis of majority. Since foreign tour often consisted a group of friends, I used to make sure to plan everything before the traveling even begin. Often with a large number of groups conflicts arises at some point. So, it’s better to plan things out before the travelling. It always helped me in my case.

  • Don’t engage in group activities every time

Just because I’m travelling with a bunch of friends doesn’t make it relevant that I’ve to engage in every activity only if it’s a group activity. Sometimes, I’ve traveled with groups when they engaged in different activities. So, it’s fine to engage in different activities with one’s preference.

  • Think before go

There are times when I prefer going with a bunch of friends and there are times when I want to travel solo. It completely depends on the destination and off course my mood. But, deciding is important before traveling otherwise it can ruin the experience.

  • Focusing too much on money

While going out with friends, sometimes the only cause of arguments become money. Unless someone is skimming, there is no need to focus on money. But, first of all I choose my group very carefully to avoid these things. After having years of travelling experiences, I’ve learned the hard ways.

  • Communicate

In any case communication is the only key. In my whole experience, without communicating nothing ever solved. Even massive issues with friends have solved just with communicating with each other. So, communication is the only key to solve any problem. So I never let things to fester. Rather I sort things out.
